Returns and Refund Policy:

  • Unless defective, Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd will not accept returns on any Manufactured product.
  • If product is found defective and/or damaged in transit, such damage and/or defect must be reported within 24 hours by contacting Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd at +27-(0)11-873-9563.
  • Products verified by Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd as defective and/or damaged in transit shall be eligible for product replacement.
  • All other returns, replacements and reimbursements shall be at Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd’s sole discretion.

Warranty:

Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If the product fails to conform to this One (1) Year Limited Warranty during the warranty period, Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd. will, at its sole and exclusive discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component. Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd.’s sole and exclusive discretion. If the product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd may, at Ballistic Body Armour (Pty) Ltd ’s sole and exclusive discretion, replace the product with a similar product of similar function. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this One (1) Year Limited Warranty. Any product that has either been repaired or replaced under this One (1) Year Limited Warranty will be covered by the terms of this One (1) Year Limited Warranty for the longer of (a) ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the repaired product or replacement product, or (b) the remaining warranty period.
